100G Oscietre Signature Caviar
Oscietre - An Iconic Caviar
Oscietre sturgeon comes from Gueldenstaedtiii sturgeon raised in Neuvic, Aquitaine. It is a renowned species when it comes to caviar. Its taste is both powerful and structured which allows it to be appreciated by all palates, even the most experienced.
Our Signature caviars embody the style and quality of the Caviar de Neuvic brand. This caviar is elegant and bright. Its grains, of medium size, quite firm with golden reflections, are of good size, gently bursting in the mouth to reveal delicate marine notes reminiscent of the freshness and finesse of the oyster.
The Caviar de Neuvic sturgeons are all raised in the very best of conditions. With high quality and renewed water, organic food, low density and minimal handling. Our Signature range is the guarantee that you’ve chosen a caviar consistent with Neuvic's Caviar quality standards. Know-how and respect for the environment.
