APTENT GOURMET Is where Artisanal Sourcing Meets the Australian Tables

At Aptent Gourmet, we believe that taste is memory. A scent, a sip, a texture, these are more than flavours; they’re moments, rooted in places, people, and passion. Our journey began with a simple question: What if we could bring the craftsmanship of the world’s most remarkable producers, from French vineyards to remote vanilla plantations straight to the discerning Australian table?

Founded by lifelong lovers of fine wine, food, and artisanal sourcing, Aptent is the result of exploration, tasting, and trusted relationships built across regions and cultures. From walking through ancient vineyards in Burgundy and Champagne, to sharing stories with caviar producers in Aquitaine, we’ve travelled not just to find exceptional products but to understand the hands and heritage behind them.

Each item in our cellar and pantry reflects a commitment to quality, ethics, and experience. We don’t just sell products, we tell the stories of the artisans behind them, so that what arrives at your door feels as real and rich as the places it came from.

Join us on a journey through taste and terroir. Because great taste deserves a story, experience Aptent Gourmet.

Caviar De Neuvic

The 20 hectares of the Domaine are located in the town of Neuvic, along the Isle, the river which was at the origin of the first productions of caviar from Aquitaine in the 1980s. In 2013, the Caviar de Neuvic brand was launched during a grand inauguration at the Domaine de Neuvic, and opened its first ephemeral counter at the Boutique Noire du Printemps Haussmann in Paris.

Caviar de Neuvic invests in sophisticated research programs all aimed at improving the care given to fish & quality control in the production & selection of the finest roe.

clos du calvaire

Founded in 1923, Clos du Calvaire is woven into the fabric of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Passed down through five generations, the estate thrives under Françoise Roumieux and her children, blending deep heritage with bold ecological vision.

Across iconic terroirs like La Crau, the vines are cultivated organically, yielding powerful wines of balance and soul. Clos du Calvaire is a vibrant testimony to Rhône tradition shaped by the land, guided by the future.

Domaine dubois

In the heart of Prémeaux-Prissey, near Nuits-Saint-Georges, Domaine Dubois has been writing its story for four generations. Across 21 appellations, their vines shape expressive Burgundy wines, from elegant whites to powerful reds including jewels like Clos de Vougeot Grand Cru.

Rooted in clay and limestone soils, every parcel is a reflection of family care and precision. Guided by a deep respect for terroir, Domaine Dubois blends tradition and innovation to capture the soul of Burgundy in each bottle.

Michel laval

Tucked in Boursault, at the heart of Montagne de Reims, Champagne Michel Laval is a family saga that began in 1870. From farmer to winemaker, five generations have sculpted this legacy, culminating in elegant, mineral-rich champagnes.

From the boldness of bottling their first cuvée to the finesse of today's blends, the Laval family honors its past through each vine and vintage. Their cuvées are more than Champagne, they are the story of a shared heritage.

Domaine Mardon

Since 1925, Domaine Mardon has cultivated vines in Quincy, passing down not just knowledge, but a true love for the land. Today, Hélène Mardon and Luc Tabordet bring new energy to this legacy through organic farming and timeless craft.

From 23 hectares of sandy and limestone-rich soils emerge Sauvignon Blancs of great purity, wines shaped by generations and refined by nature. Domaine Mardon is the beating heart of Quincy, bottled.

Domaine Luc Tabordet

Born from a shared vision between Luc Tabordet and Hélène Mardon, this domain breathes new life into Reuilly. With organically farmed plots and a meticulous touch, they craft wines that shimmer with clarity and freshness.

Each vintage is a quiet tribute to nature where the winemaker’s hand enhances, never overwhelms. Domaine Luc Tabordet is the voice of a new Reuilly: precise, pure, and profoundly respectful of its roots.
