Variety: 100% Chardonnay
Winemaking: Ageing is undertaken for 12 months, with 30% in oak barrels to enhance its structure and balance. The wine is gently filtered to preserve its character.
Tasting Notes: Aromas of exotic fruits, peach, and a touch of toasted nuts. On the palate, it is well-balanced with a rich concentration, and finishes with hints of honey and mint.
Cellaring: Can be kept for up to 10 years. May be opened early; however, decantation will help bring out its aromas.

Caviar De Neuvic
The 20 hectares of the Domaine are located in the town of Neuvic, along the Isle, the river which was at the origin of the first productions of caviar from Aquitaine in the 1980s. In 2013, the Caviar de Neuvic brand was launched during a grand inauguration at the Domaine de Neuvic, and opened its first ephemeral counter at the Boutique Noire du Printemps Haussmann in Paris.
Caviar de Neuvic invests in sophisticated research programs all aimed at improving the care given to fish & quality control in the production & selection of the finest roe.
