Tasting Notes: A pure and balanced white with a vibrant style that perfectly underlines the richness of the soils of the appellation. The nose reveals aromas of white flowers and exotic fruits. In the mouth, the aromatic scents hint at honey, mint, and lime.

Caviar De Neuvic
The 20 hectares of the Domaine are located in the town of Neuvic, along the Isle, the river which was at the origin of the first productions of caviar from Aquitaine in the 1980s. In 2013, the Caviar de Neuvic brand was launched during a grand inauguration at the Domaine de Neuvic, and opened its first ephemeral counter at the Boutique Noire du Printemps Haussmann in Paris.
Caviar de Neuvic invests in sophisticated research programs all aimed at improving the care given to fish & quality control in the production & selection of the finest roe.
